The Rapid HIV Testing Continuous Quality Improvement (RTCQI) Online Community of Practice (CoP) is a digital platform where HIV testers and policy makers can engage in collaborative learning and problem-solving, share knowledge, and exchange best practices. It aims to bring together individuals from across the world to foster knowledge exchange, support professional development, and enhance innovation within HIV testing. Through tele-mentoring, the RTCQI COP aims to connect subject matter experts involved in HIV rapid testing from around the world with healthcare professionals, implementing partners, and funding organizations, while also sharing lessons learned from rapid diagnostic testing of other pathogens.

The CoP focuses on the following foundational pillars of the Rapid Test Continuous Quality Improvement initiative:

3. Stepwise Process for Improving the Quality of HIV Rapid and Recency Testing (SPI-RRT)
4. Uptake of the Standardized HTS Register and Proficiency Testing (PT) Program
5. Rapid Test Kit Lot Verification
6. Foster continuous professional development through peer learning
7. Bridge knowledge gaps in HIV testing activities
8. Support and sustain a culture of sharing, problem solving and innovation

Objectives
